Kickboxing
KICKBOXING brings it on! This electric 60 minute fusion class of martial arts and boxing movements will kick your cardio fitness to the next level while defining and shaping your body and self confidence! Group Step
Discover new heights with Group Step! Utilizing the step in many positions and heights, this compelling 60 minute cardio program strengthens and shapes the lower body one step at a time. Energetic music and motivating instructors create this spunky group experience. Step this way with Group Step.
Spinning
Everyone finishes first in Cycling! Pedal in groups, roll over hills, chase the pack, climb mountains and spin your way to burning calories and strengthening your lower body. This 60 minute cycling program is geared for anyone that can ride a bike. Motivating music, awesome instructors and an inspiring group environment lets you Ride On!
ZUMBA!
ZUMBA is a cardio based workout with sculpting exercises designed to tone and sculpt the entire body from top to bottom. ZUMBA is a FUN dance class great for the body, soul, and mind! It is a mixture of simple Latin, hip-hop, and salsa dance moves! Everyone gets a great workout and has a blast in ZUMBA! Free for Club Fitness Platinum members!
Gutt-N-Butt
Tone your abs and glutes in this class. You will do various lower body and abdominal exercises in this class!
Power Yoga
Power Yoga is a total body workout. In this class you will improve your balance, core strength, flexibility, total body strength, and more! This class is recommended for all fitness levels.
