Athlete of the Month – Will Busbin!

I have been doing CrossFit for approx 4 months. I began crossfit because I needed the coaching and motivation that the class gives. Before I started CrossFit I did a little running, but it did not seem to be getting me in the shape I desired. After the first class I attended I was hooked. I try not to miss a day through the week and when I do I feel like I am missing out on something good. I have lost several inches around the waist area, gained lots of strength in the shoulders and thighs, and I feel amazing. I feel like crossfit is something I can continue doing for a long time.
